do i need to provide the supplies and equipment? nope.. we provide all of our own supplies and equipment. but If you prefer we use your items, that's fine by us.
HOW do you determine my cleaning price? Your price depends on the size of your home, your frequency and whatever add-on services you may choose to include.
What services don't you offer? we don't : Offer laundry services / Wash up the dishes / Clean infested properties / Handle feces, urine, vomit or bodily fluids from a pet or a human / Clean soot from fireplaces / clean exterior windows beyond ground level / Service clients who are disrespectful to our staff
how will clean habitats enter my home or business? You can either be there to let them in, hide a key somewhere or give us a lockbox code to keep on file. Alternatively you can give us a spare key which is popular with our commercial clients so we can clean when the business is closed.
do i need to do anything before you arrive? We ask that you kindly pick up clothing, toys, and other household items before the cleaning.
how do you prefer payment? it's you're choice. cash, bank transfer or PayPal payment
what products do you use? We use method, ecover and any eco friendly products safe for children, pets and our planet!
what happens if i'm not happy with my service? it's our top priority that you're satisfied with your service! but if for any reason you're not, get in touch and we will work diligently to fix it
